I
have fought against white domination, and I have fought against black
domination. I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society
in which all persons live together in harmony and with equal opportunities.

Our
Approach
At Diversity Dynamics we pride ourselves on our
way of working. The following principles drive our approach to client
work:
We
work collaboratively with our clients to assess your needs and design
appropriate consultancy interventions which support achievement
of your equality and diversity goals.
We
look to integrate diversity awareness and best practice diversity
management into your existing management processes e.g. resourcing,
performance management, absence management, succession planning
– in order to build on and reinforce your existing strategies.
We
will look at the broader context of diversity to ensure that any
training is backed up by ‘diversity-proofed’ internal
policies and procedures including those which impact on both the
employee life –cycle (from recruitment through to exit); and
the interface with customers and suppliers. We will highlight any
incongruence we find between policies and practice.
We
do not believe in ‘one size fits all’ with diversity
training and every programme is customised to meet the specific
needs of the delegates whilst drawing from a range of creative options
to maximise learning.
At
all times, the Diversity Dynamics emphasis will be on transferring
learning about diversity to key stakeholders and key influencers
within your business so that you can continue implementing best
practice long after any consultancy assignment ends.
